I would say 4. She was lovely, prompt and did a good job. Just would like a little more attention to detail.
Yagnikkumar did a good job cleaning the bathrooms, it appears he only cleaned the shower screens but not the wall tiles in the the shower, which became obvious when the shower is drying up and soap scum is very visible.
