I'd say over the last few weeks my rating would be a 3. Our new cleaner has been good, but not outstanding.
the service was quite good, I was generally pleased, would be good to get the shower inside cleaned next time, I'd give it a 4

Yagnikumar cleaned all of the big things well but he missed some parts. Vacuum behind the door clean behind the toilet. Generally happy. But disappointed these little things were missed because they don’t require any more effort.
