For the first clean Lina did very well and I was happy with the work she did - few things i forgot to tell her but we will cover that on the next visit. I am happy to rank her as a 5

Lizbet doesn’t listen to the instructions carefully (she used the wrong product on my marble ), and is very slow. I don’t mind slow if it is due to high attention to detail, but nothing was cleaned properly. I had to reclean areas.
I actually didn't receive the mesaage on 16th Aug. Today's clean 3/5

I was not happy with the clean today. I showed my own detergents but none used but her 1 spray. My kitchen n bathrooms are still not clean.
